  • Booking policy
    For all appointments there is a deposit fee for half of your total charged at the time of booking appointments. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. There will not be a cancellation fee required when booking with me however please allow 24-48 hours in advance. Appointments that need to be rescheduled must be rescheduled within 48hrs of cancellation. If not rescheduled after 48hrs your deposit will not be applied to your next booking appointment. Hair is not required to be washed and blow dried prior to appointment. Wash and blow dry are included in service. If you choose to come already washed and blow dried (please be aware that your total will not change). We do charge a small take down fee of $20.00 if take down is also needed at time of appointment. (Please consult before booking) Take down fees included with service are not the same as a takedown service itself. Food snacks and drinks are allowed at appointment. Children under the age of 8 are not allowed at appointments. Please be aware that I do take pictures and videos to post content and show my current work. This is a friendly and drama free environment if you do not agree to the policy PLEASE DO NOT BOOK. NOTE: Please do not arrive at location that is listed on site we will send you a conformation text with instructions and details provided. Please review our booking policy before booking. When appointments are made, we will reach out to you with confirmation info and location of appointment.

    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
